
- Cans of diced tomatoes (I like using the kind with garlic and Italian seasoning so the flavor is already added for you)
- Cannelloni beans (white beans, other white beans such as great northern work too)
- Pasta-noodles (I like wheat macaroni noodles, but any kind of noodles will work)
- Water or chicken broth
- Salt
- Parmesan cheese for topping if you’re feeling fancy

Ingredients
- 2 diced tomatoes 14.5 oz cans each, with basil, garlic and oregano
- 1 can of cannelloni beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup whole grain elbow macaroni pasta or orzo
- 1 1/2 empty cans of water or if you want to be fancy, do chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shaved
Instructions
- Pour diced tomatoes and water into pot
- Bring to a boil, about 20 minutes
- Add can of beans and noodles
- Cook for about 6 minutes, should be at a high boil.
- Turn it off and let it sit for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle on parmesan and enjoy
