Why You’ll Love This Recipe

Tips for Success
- Use a good quality pasta sauce – A high-quality vodka or marinara sauce makes a big difference in flavor.
- Don’t skip the extra Greek yogurt at the end – Adding it at the end keeps the sauce extra creamy and prevents curdling.
- For a thicker sauce – Reduce the amount of broth or water slightly.
- Shred with ease – Use two forks, or go the easy route and use a hand mixer to shred the chicken right in the slow cooker!

Customizations
- Make it Spicy – Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
- Swap the Protein – Try boneless, skinless chicken thighs for extra tenderness.
- Dairy-Free – Use a plant-based yogurt alternative.
- Lower Carb – Serve over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles.

This was amazingly easy and oh so good. I have now made this multiple times and each time it exceeds expectations. So so good and everyone loves it. Love the higher protein and used a protein rich pasta to help out and it still tasted amazing. I love it’s a fix and forget recipe!
