I can’t believe Labor Day just passed and we are full on into September! In this week’s Love List, the SweetPhi team is sharing a great new clothing line find, an exciting take on mask wearing and a tasty cereal you need to try!
- Came across this beautiful size inclusive (xs-5x) basics – casual – sustainable clothing company called The Standard Stitch and I have it on my list to get a few pieces next year when I’m not preggo!!!!
- Saw this under desk foot hammock and I NEED it! Currently I have a box under my desk, it’s not cutting it.
Thermal hair protector | Clothing | Wall calendar | Desk hammock - I have previously used the most expensive stuff for ‘thermal protection’ – for blow drying/heat tools/whatever – but this stuff is the cat’s meow, works great and is only $20!!
- A cheap item I bought last week that I’m loving? A basic wall calendar (under $10) which we hung in our kitchen. Pick up/drop off with three kids and working full time parents can get tricky, this has really helped me for little things!!
Bridget’s Picks

- When I first sent my oldest kid to daycare, I ordered these to label his bottles. I purposely just put our last name so I could use them for our second kid too! And now that my kids don’t use bottles anymore, I use them for their school water bottles. Well worth the price for the number of years I’ve used them. Plus, this company also has a ton of great options for other labels, great for back to school.
- This is a fascinating look at kids and their toys from around the world.
- Ok I just found these so fascinating. If you were a kid in the 90’s like me, you’ll love a creative update on the good ol’ slap bracelet that we all grew up loving!
- I just saw an ad for Lily Topples the World and I can’t wait to watch it. It’s won a number of awards and I always love a good documentary, especially with a strong female lead!
Alyssa’s Picks

- This brand of cereal never disappoints! I just tried this flavor for the first time and it’s SO delicious. It tastes very similar to Cinnamon Life cereal but this one is gluten free!
- We live in Milwaukee and I don’t always trust the tap water so I was in the market for a new water filter. I ended up going with this one!
- I came across this post on Instagram and now I have one in my Amazon cart! I didn’t know I needed one like this until I saw it!
The team’s favorite – way to stay hydrated

Phi
- I just got this bracelet and it helps me track water!! It’s been hard to remember but moving those beads really helps. I originally talked about it in a previous Love List. Along with the bracelet, bringing a water bottle from home is a game changer.
Bridget
- 1000% my 30oz. Yeti Rambler. I bought a second lid option so I could have a straw because I definitely find myself drinking more when straws are involved.
Alyssa
- The first thing is this water bottle, it holds 40 oz of water so I try to drink at least 2 of these a day. I also added these to my water or fresh lemon juice to help myself drink more water!

Phi, if you still need a desk footrest, I recommend this one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WCTJDS7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have two of them (one for my desk, and one for my couch), and have bought them for my mom and my best friend. Everyone loves them! They feel SOOOO good on your feet.
I’ve had mine for around a year, and they’re still going strong.
