From Barbara “I made the Pumpkin Loaf as 24 mini muffins, 1 9×5″ loaf, and 1 2 1/2×4 1/2″ loaf. The mini muffins were made to take to a ladies’ potluck brunch and were well-relived. This is a great recipe to make for gifts from the kitchen.”
