Cuban Pulled Pork Sandwich Sliders

Ingredients

For Pork

  • 2 pork tenderloin
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 orange juiced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 can chicken stock

For Sliders

  • 2 packages Kings Hawaiian rolls you'll only use 1 1/2
  • 2 Tbs. dijon mustard
  • 10 mini dill pickles each sliced into three
  • 2 cups pulled pork
  • 12 thin slices thinly sliced deli ham I like to use honey ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

For Topping

  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

To make pork

  • Place all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours. Shred.

To make sliders

  • Line bottom of baking dish with rolls. Cover rolls with mustard. Add pork, ham, pickles and Swiss cheese. Put buns on top.

To make topping

  • Melt butter. Mix in onions, garlic clove and garlic powder. Stir and pour on top of slider buns.

  • Bake at 350, covered, for 10 minutes, uncovered for 15
