– 2 tablespoons light mayo – 1/2 cup plain yogurt – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – 1 garlic clove – 1 tablespoon anchovy paste – pinch of kosher salt – 1/4 cup fresh parsley – 1/4 cup fresh chives – 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Add all ingredients to a food processor, pulsate for 10 seconds or until you see the mix coming together and the herbs have been chopped.

Check the dip for thickness liking. I like my dip a little on the drippy side so that I can use it as a salad dressing too, but if you like it thicker, add in an extra tablespoon or two of mayonnaise!
