Break chocolate into chunks and place in a microwave safe bowl.
Melt in 30 second intervals, on full power, until melted (mine usually takes 1 1/2-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds).
If there are a few small chunks left, just stir the chocolate. Do not microwave again.
Let sit for 5 minutes before dropping/pouring into coins.
Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Drop/pour melted chocolate into circular shape (1 Tbs.) and add toppings. Slightly tap off extra toppings.
Chill/harden for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until set (I do this by putting the baking sheet in the refrigerator. You can let them set at room temperature, it will just take longer). Feel free to put them in the fridge to speed up this process.
