Granola Bark Recipe

– 1 1/2 cups oats – 3/4 cup sliced almonds – 3/4 cup shredded coconut – 1/4 cup sunflower seeds – 1/4 cup almond flour – 1/3 cup brown sugar – 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon – 1 tablespoon pepitas – 1 egg white – 1/4 cup maple syrup – 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 325 and line a square 9x9 pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.

In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients.

In another bowl combine all the wet ingredients.

Combine wet into dry ingredients and stir.

Pour into baking dish and using the back of a spatula pat down.

Bake for 45 minutes, rotate every 15 minutes, remove from oven, allow to cool, then break up into large pieces

TIP: Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks!
