This week’s Love List has a little nostalgia, a few pretty finds, and some very good snacks. I rediscovered my love for Triscuits, found candy that took me straight back to childhood, and now own skeleton-hand wine glasses thanks to the sweetest friend. A very random assortment, which is exactly what makes these lists so fun!
- Acqua di Giò for Him (and a sample of Acqua di Gioia Eau de Parfum for me!) – OMG, I have LOVED Acqua di Giò for men since high school. LOVED. Now Nick wears it, and his latest bottle came with a sample of a women’s fragrance that I’ve been loving. Apparently, this scent obsession is a long-term commitment.
- Original Triscuits – Why has it been ages since I’ve had Triscuits?! The original ones with sea salt are soooo tasty. Such a simple, satisfying snack—and topped with pepper jack cheese? Next level. Officially back in the snack rotation.
- Haribo Sour Gummies – I found these at a Greek imports store and nearly died. SO good, and they immediately reminded me of my childhood (my mom is German – you need to find the ones with the German writing on the bag). I love when a random little find comes with a whole wave of nostalgia.
- Rifle Paper Co. 2027 Planner – I’m soooo picky about planners. The layout has to work for how my brain works, and this one has a nice to-do list section that I love!
- Monastery Made – The scents are very botanical, which I love, but the best part? The products actually work! Give me something that smells amazing and gets the job done, and I’m happy. “A hybrid cream serum that pairs water-loving humectants with a multi-complex of ellagic, fatty, and hyaluronic acids for full-spectrum moisture.”
- Southern Chicken Sandwiches from My Five-Ingredient Cookbook – I made the breaded pickle chicken sandwiches from my cookbook, and my immediate thought was: why haven’t I been making these more often?! Incredible. Make them as sandwiches on biscuits or little sliders—either way, consider this my reminder to revisit a recipe you love.
- Pottery Barn Skeleton-Hand Wine Glasses – We had friends over on Halloween, and beforehand we were texting about these beautiful wine glasses with skeleton hands holding them that we’d spotted in a sangria recipe. Well, my friend FOUND THEM, brought them over, and gave me two to keep. I died. Such a fun Halloween detail, and now I’ll think of her every time I bring them out!
- Target Owala with Bows – How cute and girly is this Owala?! The bows! I love a practical everyday item with a little personality, and this one is almost too cute.
