Every Wednesday I share the Love List – my favorite finds, recipes, reads, and little joys from around the web. In a very random list, here’s what caught my eye this week: Mom & Me matching sweaters, I’m pretty sure the entire theater heard me laughing at this movie, a fun new song, the besssst mattifying primer, old lady caramels, book recommendations and more, lets dive in.
- We saw Masters of the Universe in one of those theaters where you can order food. So fun. You guys! I laughed SO MUCH at this movie! Why did I love it so much?! I love super hero movies and Nick Galitzine is such a good actor in it and the writing is so good. Def recommend. It was ridiculous and fun!
- A coworker handed me a Werther’s original caramel – heaven! Totally buying a bag for my work candy jar
- Frankie wanted matching sweatshirts so we got these cute Mom and Me matching Sunshine On My Mind sweatshirts!!
- I needed a new binder, mine was literally falling apart – I use it to keep bills and my checkbook/stamps/forms I need to keep, etccc, things I don’t want in a random pile. There are a surprising number of expensive binders out there if you want a cute one, but I found this gorgeous green one for cheap!
- Ok, you guys! One of my fave authors, Elsie Silver just released her latest book Fever Dream, and I have to say, I loved it. It was cute and a great audiobook cast (I listened to it and read it on Kindle Unlimited). It was a cute summer romcom, not as much spice as I’m used to from Elsie, but it was really a cute book. The next book I’m mentioning is Fight by Sloan St James. The library doesn’t have it, it’s not on Kindle Unlimited so I had to get it at the book store. I couldn’t find it on the shelf so I asked for help. They said they haven’t been able to keep it on the shelves but they got a shipment in that morning and hadn’t unpacked. They went downstairs and brought it to me. I read that thing in a day and a half! Obsessed! Just ordered the second one (which is super rare for me to read a series in order, but I couldn’t not lol!) It’s a spicy number with a good/interesting story. Not like cowboys or mafia (both of which I’ve def been enjoying lately), this was firefighters! Here are my book reviews if you’re looking for a good book!
- Toner & toner pads tend to really dry out make face and make it red. These Zero Pore pads are incredible. They work and are not harsh and are affordable!
- Trying this new mattifying primer and this moisturizer, I’ll let you know!!
- Ok, I shared how I loved this song Seasons by Bebe Rexha and Dolly Parton, so Bebe’s new album popped up on my feed and I love this song I Like You Better Than Me, so catchy, just wish it were a little longer!
