Catching Up With The Kelnhofers -150

In this month’s edition of Catching Up With The Kelnhofers we’re talking about fall activities – apple picking and going to the pumpkin patch – but mainly how time flies because it’s been almost 2 months since the last CUWTK update, enjoy!

• We had our fall family photos taken by Cassie.

Kids Dentist

• The twins did so good at their dentist appointments, no tears here.
• The only thing is that they have a note in Freddie’s chart that he hates going up in the chair, and it’s so true, he really does. Even as a baby he hated being picked up in and lifted in the air lol.

Halloween

• We had such a nice Halloween this year, the kids really loved it and really walked allllll around our neighborhood.
• Frankie was princess Peach, Freddie was Mario, Ben was a ghostbuster and requested that Sam be baby Slimer!!

Apple and pumpkin patch

• We went to Barthel Fruit Farm like we do every year, it’s so great. We picked apples and then got a few pumpkins in from the pumpkin patch.
• The kids only wanted to take goofy pictures, so we indulged lol

Library storytime

• The library had a special storytime event where they read books and then had crafts for the kids to do, it was so fun!!
• And Sam being his smiley self

Sams Birthday

• I can really not believe it, Sam is 2 years old!!
• We started his birthday with a candle where he gets to make a wish first thing, then he ate off the ‘you are special’ plate (applesauce oatmeal pancakes with chocolate chips added) and then we measured him for our wall ruler, lots of fun traditions we do.

Sams first haircut

• I cannot believe the difference in appearance a simple haircut makes!
• Sam got his first haircut – I held off as long as I could with those glorious locks and baby curls, but it was getting in his eyes so we got him a hair cut. wow
• Ben also got a hair cut with a lightening bolt saved in one side!
• Also, they had lollipops, they totally saved the day because the kids were all wiggily
