Every Wednesday I share the Love List – my favorite finds, recipes, reads, and little joys from around the web. In a very fun list, here’s what caught my eye this week: a gorgeous bracelet (with an adjustable closure system), a cookbook that needs to be on your radar, the best caramel sauce, a book to free yourself from chronic pain and anxiety, our next bookclub pick and so much more. Let’s dive in:
My friend Molly (who I’ve known for 15 years now—WOW!) always has the inside scoop on cool chef dinners happening around town. She invited me to a Riverside Dinner with Sara Bradley, who also happens to share the coolest things on Instagram. Anyway…the food. OMG. It was truly incredible. The care and creativity she put into the vegetables was especially amazing. The first course was a grilled cheese with pepper jelly and you guys-that pepper jelly. I could have swam in it. It was SO good. While describing the first course, Chef Sara mentioned she has a cookbook coming out in September and that the pepper jelly recipe is in it. I immediately preordered it! There was also a crazy carrot dish that happened to be vegan which I think she said was in the book. Oh and a simple tomato cucumber salad I could not get enough of! So good!!

- Just purchased a jar of the best caramel around to make these salted caramel chocolate chip cookies for one of Nick’s coworkers!
- Stocking up on my favorite clean face towels, I use they to try my face every morning and night!
- I got the cutest bracelet – mine says MAMA on it, it was a mother’s day gift – I love the closure where you can change the size of it. It’s dreamy. They also have THE BEST bracelet kids for girls!!!! Also, Frankie spends all summer making rubber band bracelets with this kit (it’s only $8)!
- I’ve tried so many electrolyte drinks and hate the flavor, this is the only one I like…but I put one packet in with like 24oz of water.
- As I entered my 40s I’ve been having some funky pains, no thank you. Alexis highly recommended this book on her stories so I got it, I just haven’t had a huge amount of time to read it (not like my light romance reading at night lol). But this book is fascinating so far!! Mind Your Body: A Revolutionary Program to Release Chronic Pain and Anxiety Learn how to free yourself from chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue, and myriad debilitating conditions through the transformative process of nervous system regulation in this accessible guide from psychotherapist and leading Mindbody clinician Nicole Sachs.
- Nick came home from Target with Our Perfect Storm by Carley Fortune…which just so happens to be my next bookclub read, and I looove anything Carley Fortune so I’m excited. I’m only 15 chapters in, and it’s lovely so far, her writing is so good, it transports you to the location of the book, you can feel your surroundings!
