For any of you that have been following along, you know that I love meal delivery services. I even did a post comparing 6 services, which has turned into I think 10-12 at this point, check out the comparison here if interested. Since becoming a mom a little over a year ago, these services have saved my life! They are seriously the best when I haven’t had a chance to grocery shop or plan meals for the week.
Among the many options for meal services, Plated is one of the very best!
One of my favorite things about Plated is how adventurous it is. The food options are unique and exciting, which led to me trying many new things. And if that isn’t enough to convince you, you can also choose to add dessert to your plan. Yes please!
The plan options with Plated allow for a lot of flexibility. This was so nice for our family because sometimes we’re running around and don’t have dinner at home. Plated allows for 2-7 meals per person, per week, so you can find a plan that works for you, easily.
Plated offers many different low-carb or gluten free options each week (some of my favorites have been gluten free and I didn’t even realize it until after the meal – tomato poached fish or any of their curry dishes are so yummy).
What I also love about Plated is that they do a lot of chef + food company collaborations. For example, they did a collaboration with Food52 for December, so there were additional fun recipes to try.
I will say that the portions are really big! We often have leftovers (which is nice because we then have some food for lunch the next day!)
Every time I’ve used Plated, I keep one or two of the recipe cards in my files so I can re-create the meals over and over. They are THAT good!
Plated thinks of just about everything. If part of your dish needs to be baked, they even send aluminum pans with the item that needs to be baked. The only thing not included is salt, pepper, oil and eggs.
Plated is for the adventurous eater, looking to try new recipes via meal delivery services. I’d love to know – have you tried Plated? Let me know in the comments below!
