This was just too fun not to post! Earlier this week I was testing my sourdough pizza crust to see if I could make it into smaller thin crusts- I divided it into 4 and put it in the fridge for 2 days, then tonight we made it!!

Oven to 500 degrees
Pizza baked for 7 minutes
Sheer perfection!!

I LOVE a good audiobook. I don’t have the same time I used to to read paperback books with the kids and work and everything, but with audiobooks I can put them on and take a walk, take a drive, do dishes, cook, clean after the kids go to bed...whatever. It’s definitely an escape for me.
