- Can we talk about printing photos and organizing them? I’m STILL trying to finish the twins’ monthly photo albums – they’re turning 2 years old in a month. I have all the monthly photos printed (I think) – I use Mpix for printing – but I saw this fun photo shadowbox tutorial and now I’m really debating getting a Fujifilm Instax…does anyone have any experience with it or tips on photo printing or organization?
- I have a DASH Chef Series blender. It’s very $$$. But it has lasted me YEARS (8 so far) and I got it through one of those sale sites where certain things go on sale for a day (forgot which one.) So I was literally SHOCKED when I saw this mini waffle iron for $9.99 from the same brand. Definitely going to get it.
Blender | Mini waffle iron | Instax camera | Tatcha primer | Paula’s Choice primer - I’ve been on the hunt for a good makeup primer for a few years. Over the past year I discovered Tatcha ones – the silk canvas one which is .7 oz for $52! It’s nice, but I didn’t love how to apply it, or I just ran out of the Tatcha Liquid silk canvas which I liked (1 oz $52) but it seemed to run out super quick and I couldn’t get the remainder out of the bottle when it was getting low…now I’ve heard of this new brand called Paula’s Choice – smoothing primer serum with SPF (1oz $30!) and I just ordered it and a few other it items from Paula’s Choice, cannot wait to try it. Plus, I definitely like the price a little better.

- If you like wearing multiple necklaces, but can’t layer them without getting stuck, give this a try! I just got them and love it. Totally helps with my necklaces getting tangled.
- Have you heard of this YouTube channel? It’s called “Dad, how do I?” and is full of videos to explain basic tasks everyone should know how to do. I love that the channel was basically created so people who don’t have a father/father figure in their life can use this channel as a resource.

- I love, love, love trying new foods especially new snacks so I thought I would share two new ones I tried this week! These cookies are SO good! I also tried this plant based yogurt which is so creamy and they also have a Greek yogurt version with more protein.
- I just bought this pair of earrings! I have a few items from Kendra Scott and I love how simple some of their stuff is yet so pretty!
- I was recommended this book which is now a movie on Netflix. I’ve heard it’s good but I tend to pick thrillers last over other movies but I think I’m going to check this one out!
- I’m on the hunt for a new area rug and found this article! I’m always up for non-toxic living where I can and I’m going to search through these brands to see if I can find one!
The team’s favorite – sunglasses
- I need prescription sunglasses, and I’ve actually had a lot of luck with online prescription services, like Zenni Optical (cheap) or you could do something like Warby Parker where they even have a try-on program!! I have gotten regular glasses, blue light blocking glasses and sunglasses from Zenni before!
- I have a million pairs of sunglasses because I’m always loosing them, breaking them or scratching them. So, I don’t spend a lot of money on them, but the most important thing to me is that they are polarized (which basically means that they actually work, haha). The most recent pair I’ve purchased and love are these. They are sporty and simple, so I love to keep them in my car and also always wear them when I’m running.
- While these are not the highest quality of sunglasses I LOVE them. I’ve already bought 2 pairs of these and would buy them again if they ever break!
