This Turkey Meatloaf turned out so good! It is super moist and full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 Lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbs Ketchup
- 1 Tbs Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Light Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbs Grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp each of Salt Pepper, Garlic Salt
- For the Topping:
- 20 Grape tomatoes
- 1 Tbs Ketchup
- 5 Tbs Grated Parmesan
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the topping. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and add mixture. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
- While the meatloaf is baking in a separate bowl add tomatoes (cut each tomato into 4) and the ketchup and stir, next add the grated parmesan and loosely stir.
- Add the tomato mixture to the top of the meatloaf and bake for another 40 minutes.

I served the meatloaf with roasted carrots and potatoes and a small salad with italian dressing
