I LOOOOOVE Sangria! Whenever I go to a restaurant and they have it on the menu I order it, if I’m asked to bring a drink to a party, I make it…who doesn’t love a good glass of Sangria? Well, I have come up with the perfect Sangria recipe, and it is all thanks to my father-in-law (who, as an aside, makes amazing bread who I’m trying to convince to guest post). What’s the secret ingredient…drum roll…FRESCA! A splash of this goodness really jazzes the Sangria up and brings out the citrus notes! Everyone that has tried this has absolutely loved it and asked how to make it! Do you have a favorite Sangria recipe?

Ingredients
- 1 Bottle of Red Wine I used Barefoot -Sweet Red
- 2 oz Brandy
- 1/2 Orange sliced
- 1/2 Lemon sliced
- 1/2 Lime sliced
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 8 Oz Fresca citrus flavor
Instructions
- In a pitcher muddle the fruit slices and sugar (if you don't have a muddler just smash and stir the fruit and sugar together with a plastic spoon-a wood spoon will get stained). Next add the Brandy and then the entire bottle of red wine. Now store in the refrigerator for 4 hrs minimum - overnight is recommended.
- Before serving add the Fresca and stir and serve over a glass of ice.
