Ultimate Gift Guide & Christmas Giveaway!

‘Tis the season of trying to hunt for the perfect gift!  I’m always looking for ideas and asking my friends what their favorite gifts are, so I’ve compiled a list of some of my favorites into this ultimate gift guide – AND there’s a giveaway!  I hope this helps you check everyone off your list a little more quickly this year.

  1. SweetPhi Cookbook – Number one on everyone’s list!
  2. Cheese Board – Not only is this board beautiful and functional, it is the prefect gift for the hostess in your life.
  3. Nice Candle – I love a good candle!  And this one is my all time favorite scent!
  4. Bose Bluetooth Speaker – I love listening to music while I cook.  I won’t even embarrass myself and admit to the amount of ridiculous songs on my favorite playlists – we’re talking Christmas tunes in July, some Backstreet Boys and of course, Adele (which I proceed to sing loudly while no one else is home – ok, Ben may be home and probably laughing at my in his head!
  5. Williams Sonoma Gold Touch Baking Sheets – These are a must have on everyone’s list.  I use mine all the time and love them more each time I use them!
  6. Hannah Anderson Pajamas – these are seriously so fun.  The patterns are the best and they are so cozy.  Ben even has a special Star Wars pair to wear this year!
  7. 2018 Planner – this is a tricky one. Everyone has things they like in their planners – enough space for a to do list, a calendar view and a snapshot view etc. –  if you can find the perfect planner, this is a gift that’s thoughtful and helpful for the entire upcoming year.
  8. Book on Calligraphy – I have dreams of being able to hand letter like a pro, so this is a great place to start!
  9. Fun Water Bottle – I’m trying to be better and creating a good water habit!  The best place to start for that is a cute water bottle of course.  S’well has a TON of adorable designs and will keep my water cold for hours on end.
  10. White nonstick pan – simply stated, these pans photograph beautifully
  11. Business Card Holder – Because, after all, we’re grown-ups now!
  12. Pinch Bowls – I love being able to quickly season dishes by grabbing a dash of salt or pinch of pepper.  Instead of going into my cabinet to grab spices, quick pinch dishes are best kept on your counter.
  13. Fancy Sticky Notes – Because to do tasks should be fun and functional!
  14. Desktop Notepad – Another place for the miles of to do lists.
  15. Frames – Being a mom now, I obviously have a phone full of Baby Ben pictures and need to get them off my phone and into my home
  16. Mrs Myer Hand Soap – we use this soap all over the house.  It’s in each bathroom and at our kitchen sink.  Works great and smells even better.
  17. Good Pens – Because work is always just a little bit better when you’re writing with cute pens!
  18. Egg in a Hole (and other food) Ornaments from from Sur la Table – These are just too adorable!  My favorite this year is the egg in a hole ornament, but you can find almost any edible goodie you’re looking for!
  19. Hot Sauce Making Kit – 2018 is the perfect year to try your hand at making your own hot sauce.  This kit makes it super helpful!
  20. Photo Printer – Refer back to #15.  So. Many. Pictures.  Ok, mostly of Ben, but it’d be nice to quickly print them at home.
  21. Goat Cheese Making Kit – Another kit to jump start your love for making your own food!
  22. Slippers – And I mean nice slippers.  Cold feet are the worst and these UGG slippers are the top of the line for keeping your tootsies toasty all winter long.
  23. Creative Live Classes – with endless options, this is a great gift to give anyone that is looking to expand their knowledge on any given topic: design, photography, music and plenty more!
  24. Melissa and Doug Counting Toy – this is seriously my favorite toy brand.  These are simply, playful wooden toys that Ben loves!
  25. Gnome Salt & Pepper Shakers – My obsession with gnomes is no joke!  And these salt and pepper shakers are just the next thing I must have.  Yes, I just purchased a gnome cookie jar and it makes me smily in my kitchen every day.
  26. 2018 Farmer’s Market Calendar – a wall calendar is a must have as each day seems busier than the next!
  27. Cuisinart Food Processor – I love my food processor and think everyone should share in this joy too.
  28. Pop Socket  – such a simple thing that I need for my cell phone, but I just haven’t managed to buy one yet.  Maybe Santa will leave one in my stocking!
  29. Cookie Scoops – a current recent obsession of mine!  These scoops are an essential kitchen tool for more than just cookies.
  30. Philips Sunrise Alarm Clock – My hubby made fun of me for buying one of these, but he loved it so much that he bought a second one for upstairs.
  31. Nest Camera – a splurge item that is totally worth it – we have one for our home and couldn’t live without it!
  32. Gift Cards for Meal Delivery Services – Home Chef and Plated – with so many great options out there, I don’t think you can go wrong with giving the gift of a meal delivery service, but these are two of my favorite (I did a post comparing different meal delivery services).

      Money is always a good gift to receive! We have a Serta mattress, but it’s as firm as a board lol, we’re actually on the lookout for a new one ourselves, so if you find one you absolutely love, I’d love to know!

    #1 on my wishlist would be a Dutch Oven, preferably Le Creuset. I recently started making homemade sourdough bread and need something that it will fit in (and photograph nicely in!)

    As a mom to 4 year old twins, the number 1 thing on my wishlist is a full night’s sleep! (Seriously – I’ve asked my husband if he & the kids could go to his parent’s house for a sleepover one night over the holiday so that I can have an uninterrupted night of sleep all to myself!)

    Being together as a family. My daughter/husband/granddaughter live out in NY state. My son and I hope to drive out, it’s a 7 hr ride. The best gift is to have Mother nature allow us a safe trip out so we can spend the time together.

    My mom JUST gave me that egg in a hole ornament, along with some other Sur la Table food ornaments; I’m in love! I’m really hoping for some new nonstick pans… But I also think I need that alarm clock!

    I’m a distance runner and love traveling to marathons, so that is what is on my list! I want to go run a marathon out of state with my wife!
