Be prepared to get addicted to the best ‘healthy’ brownies around, these are so good! The best part is that they get more moist as they sit, so the next morning they are amazing!
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt or use plain yogurt and 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all dry ingredients, add all other (wet) ingredients
- Spray an 8 by 8 pan with cooking spray and bake for 25-30 min (don't over bake).
- Remove and cool, cut into 16 squares. The nice thing about these is that they become more moist overnight or over the next few days!
