I hope you enjoy these new free meal plans with shopping lists (here is last week’s meal plan!) They’re customizable and include 5 days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options and a snack.
In this week’s meal plan, you’ll find some of my favorite lunches and don’t forget about the snack we include every week (there are also helpful notes under the plan)!
A few notes on the 2/22-2/28 meal plan:
- Easy healthy Asian ground turkey lettuce wrap salad – you can make this easy healthy Asian wrap salad with ground chicken or ground turkey and you can serve it as lettuce wraps or a salad or on a bed of rice or quinoa
- The easiest banana bread muffins– These freeze well, so they make a great on-the-go snack and a great make-ahead snack for the freezer!
- 5 ingredient Greek chicken and veggie bowls – can be made one of three ways depending on how much time you have (check the post!)
- Chickpea sweet potato spread – This will keep refrigerated, covered or in an airtight container, for up to 1 week. You can use this as a sandwich spread or as a dip for snacks!
