I made two delicious pizza’s today that will get frozen for the week, for the dough i used my pizza dough recipe found here


Basil Sun Dried Tomato Mozzarella Pizza and Goat Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 pizza doughs
  • 8 oz Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 oz Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 5 Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 4 Basil leaves
  • 2 to matoes
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • parsley fakes
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt

Instructions

  • For the Basil Sun Dried Tomato Mozzarella Pizza: Preheat oven to 400. Brush the pizza crust with 1 tsp of olive oil. Slice one tomato very thinly and place on pizza dough. Season with parsley flakes, thyme, oregano, garlic salt, pepper, and salt. Slice sun dried tomatoes and basil very thinly, the place on the dough on top of the tomatoes. Grate the mozzarella and use 3/4 of it for this pizza. Grate the parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top of the mozzarella. Put on corneal dusted pizza stone and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • For the Goat Cheese Pizza: Preheat oven to 400. Brush the pizza crust with 1 tsp of olive oil Slice one tomato very thinly and place on the pizza dough. Season with parsley fakes, thyme, oregano, garlic salt, pepper, and salt. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese (2 oz) on top of the tomatoes and seasoning, then distribute the goat cheese evenly, put on corn meal dusted pizza stone and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned.
