Since there are only two more days left in November, I feel like its still ok to post a Pumpkin recipe! For this weeks Five Ingredient Friday I’m posting a dip that is super quick and easy to whip together and is absolutely delicious! It tastes great with apples or Gingersnap cookies.
I have been wanting to make a Pumpkin Pie Dip ever since I read about the Pumpkin Spice Dip over on the Rachel Cooks blog, and the one I saw from Kadee on the OhSoDelicioso Blog and then there was a Pumpkin Pie Dip at an event I went to last weekend, so I really wanted to make one, clearly…and I’m so glad I did…this dip is SO GOOD!

Ingredients
- 1. 4 oz cream cheese reduced fat
- 2. 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3. 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 4. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 5. 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat Cream Cheese and Brown Sugar together, add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and cinnamon and beat until all well combined (1 minute).
- Serve with apples and/or Gingersnap cookies
