Do you ever really want a chocolate chip cookie but don’t feel like making 100 of them? I certainly do! I was complaining about wanting a chocolate chip cookie and my husband, the smarty pants that he is, asked me ‘why don’t you just make a dozen?’ Good question! So I set out to make just one dozen and they turned out great and we didn’t have 100 cookies in the house (not a bad thing by any means, but we would just eat them…I’m talking like for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks…haha you get the point). So here is a recipe that makes just one dozen cookies and uses 1 egg white and skim milk!

Ingredients
- 4 Tbs Butter softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbs Skim milk
- ¾ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 4 oz chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl cream the butter and sugars. Add the vanilla extract, egg white and skim milk and combine well.Next add the flour, baking soda and pinch of salt and combine, then add the chocolate chips and combine. Form 12 balls of dough on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes and enjoy!
