It’s no secret I love and actually use meal kit delivery services (I’ve done an extensive meal delivery service comparison) for my busy little family (3 kids, 2 adults) but something I recently re-discovered and love is Yumble Kids! Yumble Kids is a meal delivery service with fully prepared, nutritionist approved healthy meals kids will love, so today I’m sharing a Yumble Kids meal delivery review!
Before I get into my Yumble Kids review, I have to share a story about how their packaging and descriptions of food have helped my older toddler (Ben) actually TRY and LIKE broccoli and other foods he previously wouldn’t try!!! Ben just stopped eating broccoli one day and wouldn’t even want it on his plate (he would pick it off and drop it-unceremoniously- into a dejected pile on the table.) Then I saw that Yumble had listed a dish containing broccoli labeled as “little trees” I started calling it that. And just like that, he now eats “little trees” and says “little trees are my faaaavorite” – so thank you Yumble!
I have 3 kids who eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day…so 3 meals x 3 kids plus 2 snacks x 3 kids = 15 servings of kids foods…A DAY! That’s a lot, so I’ll take all the help I can get! Sometimes it’s nice to just not think about what you’re going to have to make them, and serve them something you know they’ll love. Enter Yumble Kids. They have over 20 meals to choose from (including some breakfast and snack options) and they get delivered right to your door.
For days when I’m out the door and have a babysitter (2 days a week) it’s so awesome to label the meals and tell their babysitter what to give them, it’s food I feel good about serving them. Also, it’s awesome for those times I just need a meal quick (hello toddler meltdowns) the Yumble Kids meals are fridge-to-table in 2 minutes!

I had tried Yumble years ago when I just had a toddler, and he loved them, but the selection wasn’t as expansive. Now they’ve re-branded (their new branding is gorgeous by the way, and they include educational and beautiful/useful extras in the packages – like dinner conversation starters which we’ve used and love) and have really expanded their menu.
My older toddler gets involved and loves picking the meals for the coming week, so it’s a fun experience all around. It also helps him know what to expect for mealtime (and lets him try new things because I always encourage him to try something new, and even if he doesn’t I feel good that whatever he’s eating is healthy!)
Because of the nature of my food-related business (recipe developer/cookbook author/content creator/food photographer) I cook a lot, and I enjoy cooking, but that doesn’t mean it can’t get overwhelming to constantly be cooking and preparing food for the kids, so it’s a nice break every once in a while.
If you’re looking for healthy kids meals and something to make mealtime I little more stress free, I’d definitely recommend giving Yumble Kids a try to see how your kids like them! Have you ever tried a kids meal delivery service? I’d love to hear in the comments below!
