Putting this post together is making me hungry…hungry for this amazing Neapolitan Wood Fire Pizza made with a Kettlepizza that I had the other night! My father-in-law, pizza maker extraordinaire, made the pizza you see in this post and helped put together the wonderful links.
Let me start by saying that I am not affiliated with any of the companies I mention in this post (although I would welcome working with any of them) but love all the products!
My Father-in-law has a 22 1/2 inch Weber Grill. While the ring does fit others, the stone and top only fit the 22 1/2.
KettlePizza sells the kit for the cool grill attachment that lets one turn ones grill into a Pizza Oven. All components are made in America. Just look at how amazing it looks in action:
My father in law said ‘all of my children purchased the top of the line model Kettlepizza, which we have been waiting to use since Christmas. I would also recommend getting the pizza turners and the gloves. This kit (which combines KettlePizza with another great invention from Baking Steel) was developed based on the testing and recommendations of Serious Eats, another food blogger. This is also where I got the dough recipe which is just flour (I used King Arthur Sir Lancelot) water, salt and yeast.

- Neapolitan – sauce, fresh water mozzarella slices and then basil added after baking (everyone’s’ favorite)
- Spicy Pizza – sauce, shredded mozzarella, jalapeno slices, and pepperoni (add pepperoni on top of cheese because it gets nice & crispy)
- Meat Pizza – sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices and Sopressa salami from Boars Head

Some of the above links are affiliate links, if you purchase amazon products through my store at no cost to you, I will earn a few pennies. As always, thank you for supporting the brands and products I love that make the Sweetphi blog possible. Please note that I am not affiliated with kettlepizza, we just happened to like their grill attachment!

Amazing .. Wood Fired Pizza is one of the tastiest pizza. I have been cooking pizza for the past 3 years and my family and kids really liked my cooking. I got a little confused whether the taste is created by sauce or the oven? When we share pizza with our family, a smile just came naturally.

Isn’t wood fired pizza amazing? I think the taste comes from a combination of the ingredients used to make the crust/sauce/etc, but mainly it comes from the oven it’s cooked in. Kettle Pizza grill attachments are my family’s favorite because of how easy they are to use – Kettle Pizza makes an attachment for your gas or charcoal grill 🙂

Wow, this pizza looks incredible… like it was just pulled from a professional pizza oven! I can’t imagine enjoying something so good at home. Great topping ideas!

Thanks for the comment Georgia! The pizza totally tasted like (if not BETTER) than from a professional pizza oven. The temperatures got to be OVER 700 degrees lol, it was fascinating for me to watch!
