It’s the week of 4th of July and I am super excited! We are celebrating the kid’s birthdays (they all share a birthday; did you know that!?) and can’t wait for a weekend of grilling and family fun for 4th of July. Check out this week’s meal plan for plenty of great food options to keep you full all week long.
Notes on the weekly meal plan:
- 5 Ingredient Vegetarian Sushi Bowls Recipe
- I like to make the sushi rice (you could also use plain brown or white rice) ahead of time, and then I like to bake the tofu to give it a nice crispy outside (you could also fry the tofu or eat it as is).
- The Whole Bowl; Tali Sauce Recipe {naturally Gluten Free}
- You can meal prep this recipe into separate containers by putting the rice and beans with tali sauce in one container (which can be microwaved) and then the toppings in another container!
- Air Fryer Breakfast Recipe; Banana Cinnamon Roll Muffins
- If you don’t have an air fryer, bake muffins in a muffin pan in an oven at 350 for 28 minutes.
- Tuna Salad Recipe with Pickled Celery
- This recipe makes enough pickled celery for the salad, but I used the same ratios to turn an entire bunch of celery into pickled celery.
- BELTCH Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
- You can also cook bacon in the microwave by laying slices between layers of paper towel and cooking for 3-5 minutes.
- I love using this hot sauce!
- 5 Ingredient Cuban Air Fryer Empanadas
- I like to use this biscuit cutter for the dough and this air fryer!
- Steak and Nectarine Salad Recipe
- If not making this salad for meal prep and enjoying it all at once, you can save time by making the vinaigrette in a large bowl and then adding the lettuce and other ingredients directly into that same bowl.
- Antipasto Skewers Recipe
- If you can’t find marinated mozzarella balls, you can use Italian salad dressing to dress plain mozzarella balls.
- For salami, I like using Sopressa or Genoa
- You can use smaller wooden skewers if you’d like to yield more skewers
Since it’s the weekend of July 4th I wanted to share a few more recipes for celebrating so check out my favorite 4th of July recipes! Enjoy your weekend!

Still loving these meal plans! Is there a way to print out all the recipes for the week in one fell swoop rather than clicking on each individually? Thanks!

So glad you’re loving the meal plans! That is such a great question, I don’t see a way easily from the back end to do it, so I’ll reach out to a developer of the plug-in that I run that through to see if it’s a possibility and I’ll let you know if/when they get back to me.

Hi!!!! We fixed it and now there’s the capability to print the recipes all at once. There’s a button by the bottom of the meal plans that says ‘print recipes’ and it should open and then you can print all the recipes!
Thanks again for bringing this to my attention, sometimes I don’t know little tweaks that need to be made unless someone tells me, so the feedback is so appreciated!
