Nothing says “summer is here” like the 4th of July! Plenty of outdoor fun, laughter, sunshine and great food so I’m sharing my favorite 4th of July recipes! Since the 4th falls on a Wednesday this year, we decided to keep it simple and grill some great food at home.
I’ve rounded up my favorite 4th of July recipes to hopefully make your party planning a touch easier!
Balsamic Grilled Vegetable Side Dish – I simply cannot get enough of this dish!
5 Ingredient Grilled Hot Chicken Sausages – these are super quick to make and perfect for weeknight meals and quick summer BBQs
Melon Orange Blossom Agua Frescas – the best on a hot summer day! These drinks are super refreshing and equally as tasty.
Serbian Oil and Vinegar Vegan Potato Salad – this is a family recipe that I just love. Plus, it’s a mayo-free potato salad, so it’s perfect to mix up the traditional 4th of July side dish.
Watermelon Salsa – a suuupppper easy side dish to whip up for any party if you’re short on time.
Potluck Pasta Salad – not only a delish salad, but a bonus of 18 ideas of what to bring to any potluck
Steak and charred corn salad – we love this simple steak and corn salad, it’s summer and only 5 ingredients!
Sweet and spicy beef kabobs – perfect sweet/spicy flavor combo, makes amazing steak/beef kabobs, can also make this recipe with chicken or pork
Sour cream and chive turkey burgers– these are our favorite burgers to make and throw on the grill, they’re sooo good!
Whole Wheat Fruit Pizza Cookies – A dessert or side dish that you can even say is healthy!
5 Ingredient Tortellini Pasta Salad – I think I’ve already made this three times since posting it on the blog. It’s the easiest summer side for the 4th!
Lemonade Pie – the ultimate light and bright summer pie recipe!
5 Ingredient Blueberry Pie with a Graham Cracker Crust – With a few ingredients, you can have this pie ready to eat after a couple hours to chill in your refrigerator!
The Best Easy Burger Seasoning – It’s savory, has a hint of sweetness, and is all-around perfection.
Easy cucumber salad – a nice easy cold appetizer salad
Summer melon salad – one of (if not THE) best summer fruit salads I’ve ever had
The Best Side Salad – I’ve made this side salad more times than I can count, and think you’re going to love it!
Peach and tomato panzanella salad – I omitted red onions, which are traditionally in a panzanella and I could not stop eating this!
I’d love to hear what you’re up to – will you be celebrating the 4th of July with a backyard BBQ? Or maybe some fireworks?
