It’s a cold winter month here in Wisconsin and that means that seasonal food is hard to come by if you haven’t already planned in advanced and canned or frozen anything. But I’ve come up with a delicious list of what to cook in February.
Normally, in my “what to eat” posts, I include a list of what’s in season at this time of year. But since I live in Wisconsin, February isn’t a month that’s full of fresh produce, unfortunately.
